Alpha Psi Omega's National Philanthropy: Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS

"Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS...is the major supporter of the social service programs at The Actors Fund, including the HIV/AIDS Initiative, the Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative, the Al Hirschfeld Free Health Clinic, The Dancers’ Resource and the Stage Managers’ Project."

APO is a consistant supporter of Broadway Cares and Equity fights AIDS. At our large shows we have student run booths where we sell broadway merchandise, including signed posters from the broadway casts!

Volunteers are not paid --not becuase they are worthless, but becausethey are pricelss.

Philanthropy is a fantastic way to get involved in the surrounding community. APO holds events each semester, designed to give back and have a fun time doing it!
